Noodle Head Travel Buddy-Review and Giveaway-CLOSED

Traveling with a child is never an easy task. Even getting out of the house with everything organized and accounted for is a challenge. Making sure that everyone is comfortable and happy during the journey is even harder. Since we live about twenty minutes away from Saskatchewan’s capital city, we spend a lot of time in the car. The city is where we visit our doctor and our dentist. It’s where we buy our groceries and our gasoline. If we make one trip a week to the city, we’re having a very slow week indeed.

Benjamin is, for the most part, at the age where he falls contentedly asleep as soon as we start to drive. Zackary, on the other hand, provides much more of a challenge. Trapping a squirmy and energetic preschooler in a car for more than half an hour can be torturous for both parent and child, and I am constantly looking for any product that might make our many journeys a little easier. I chose the Lion Travel Buddy for Zackary’s neck pillow. This adorable tawny lion with a rich brown mane is so sweet! The material of the Travel Buddy is unbelievably soft, and Zackary loved it the second I pulled it out of the box. “He’s your special friend to go with you all the time in the car,” I told Zackary. He immediately insisted on taking the lion out to the car and putting it beside his booster seat so that it would be ready and waiting for him.

The next time we needed to go to the city, Zackary hopped into his booster seat and happily tucked his lion beside him. For the first fifteen minutes, he was perfectly content to just keep his new friend at his side as he pointed out the sites. Eventually, though, he put his Travel Buddy around his neck and leaned back. Zackary loves to watch other cars as we drive, and the lion made it easy for him to sit back and relax while still being able to see out the window. He rested contentedly for the remainder of our trip.
