What I loved most about this watch was the fact that it was so easy to use. With the touch of a button I could reset the watch, head out to do my errands or go to the park with my kids, and then check out all the information about my fitness level upon returning home by pressing the mode button to view the various information. I really liked being able to see my total distance travelled so that I could aim to move a little more the next day!

The comfortable silicone band of the watch makes it perfect for use during any workout. I love the way it feels; I often forget that I’m even wearing it until the time comes to review my activity level.

    I’m intrigued by the RealFlex shoes- I now hate regular shoes and pretty much only wear my Vibram FiveFingers or Merrel Gloves… the RealFlex looks like they might be a mix of regular show and flexible minimalist shoe? Worth a look!
