    During the day, I sometimes take a break and pop out for a quick walk to the mall. I don’t need to buy anything, but it’s great to get away from the office and enjoy the sunshine. I’m usually in a much better mood when I come back.

    my favourite way to take a break these days is to read a book in my nice air conditioned bedroom- our house doesn’t have air conditioning and we just have one of those ones that fits in the window in our room so it is the only cool room in the house lol!

    Studying and maneuvering through school hallways and all the “stressful” aspects of college.. Arn’t fun. But I have discovered that sometimes taking even 5 minutes to just drop everything and turn on wii fit and do a couple yoga poses (or at least make an attempt!) actually makes me feel less stressed so I can focus better.

    well that looks like a dandy, destressing basket of heaven! lol… these day’s its hard to catch a break with 3 kids that are non stop under 6…. my middle son has Mild autism and ADHD so it makes taking a break sometimes harder then usual. but I take breaks anytime i can… anyway I can… it can be anything from running out food sopping without the kids… to sending them outside and sitting in a chair for 5 mins before they haul me out of it… either way i always find time to hide in the kitchen and have a bite of a kit kat lol.. always loved em especially right outta the fridge lol… even crunchyer that way ;)

    When I take a break I make up a nice cup of coffee and sit and either read a book or watch some of my shows that I don’t get to watch when my son or husband aren’t home. Me time :)
