When I hop into the shower, time is usually at a premium. If I’m lucky, I have about ten minutes to get ready for my day before my boys burst into the bathroom demanding some kind of attention. So a product that lets me get through my shower a little quicker is a win in my book.
The Schick Intuition razor was designed for busy moms like me. By surrounding the razor with a solid shave gel, women can lather and shave in one easy step. And just in time for summer fun, Schick is introducing two beautiful new limited edition Schick Intuition handles designed by top fashion blogger Kelly Framel: Le Fleur and Le Love! I received the Le Fleur razor to review and I couldn’t wait to streamline my shower routine.
The way this solid shaving bar surrounds the razor is really rather ingenious. My main concern was that after the first few uses the shaving bar would get worn away and leave just the razor touching my skin but that really doesn’t seem to happen. Because of the way the bar is angled, it stays level with the blades so that I always get the combination of moisturized skin and a close shave that I love. And shaving is so much quicker and easier since I’m able to eliminate the extra step of lathering my legs!
I did find that for delicate areas like underarms, the razor was a little awkward due to the extra size that the shave bar adds. I was still able to use it on my underarms but it wasn’t quite as quick or effective. With a bit of practice I’m sure I could have become comfortable with it but for the most part, I used my original smaller razor for my underarms and saved the Schick Intuition razor for my legs.
But don’t take my word for it! Schick wants you to experience the smooth and hassle-free shave of the Schick Intuition razor for yourself, so the company is very generously offering one lucky Mommy Kat and Kids reader a Schick Intuition Prize Pack containing a Le Love Schick Limited Edition Handle razor, a Le Fleur Schick Limited Edition Handle razor, a natural sea sponge, a lavender eye pillow and a bamboo shower pouf. To enter to win, just leave a blog comment with your best quick beauty tip for busy mornings.
I love how much time I save in the shower with the help of the Schick Intuition razor. I have to admit, in the past I sometimes just skipped shaving my legs when I showered to save the extra time it would take even though in the summer, that’s not really an option! But with the Schick Intuition razor in the beautiful new Le Fleur and Le Love limited edition handles, shaving doesn’t have to take up your entire shower time! Check out the new handle designs for yourself, pick your favourite and enjoy speedy shaving that leaves you with gorgeous gams!

A brush makes applying foundation quick and flawless!
take shower or bath before bed instead of the morning
To sped up my morning routine I shower at night.
I have no beauty tips, I get up , I drink coffee, i go to work
my work requires I clean with hoses all day long so if you are silly enough to wear makeup etc, you will look like a raccoon at the end of the day (Believe me, the teens who work with me wear make up like they are going to the bar and go home with black streaks running down their cheeks )
i choose my outfit the night before and make sure the kids stuff is all ready to go. and all i do for makeup is a bit of mascara and blush – quick!
Hair in a braid, and only face powder and mascara. Classic and pretty!
I personally have gave up on a routine. I try and shower, put on deodorant and brush my teeth. Hair elastics are my friend.
Concealer under the eyes and mascara for instant bright eyes.
I always make sure I know what I’m going to wear the next day so I don’t stand in front of the closet with no clue.
use cold water to wash face then use moisturizer
Wash my face with warm water and rinse with cold.
I prepare as much as i can for breakfast the night before.
always wear foundation and at least eyeliner
throw hair in a pony, swipe on some mascara and lipgloss
Apply a little blush–it will make you look refreshed and awake!
Hair goes back in a ponytail! Always set clothes out the night before…
If the counter space is available I like to have my morning routine items all set out ahead of time, especially if I’ve been intending to use an item meant to be used occasionally.
Remember to brush my teeth. Usually all I have time for but it makes all the difference.

Floss, floss, floss. A clean, great smile is the basis for any beautiful look.
wash your face in a mild moisturising soap and then plenty of nivea creame, and suncream when going outside
Wash my face and brush my teeth, that’s it
On busy morning I like to use multi-function makeup that works as blush, lipstick etc.
I don’t have a lot of beauty tips, especially in the morning. I am usually up first and wash my face, apply moisturizer and brush my teeth. That gets me going before taking everyone to school.
Dry Shampoo is great for busy mornings!
Eye drops! Clear eyes help you look refreshed even if you are not.
Wipe my face!
have everything ready on the counter the night before..
ksceviour at hotmail dot com
tinted moisturizer and mascara
I always make time to wash my hair every morning, and if I dont have time for makeup i just add mascara and some lip gloss!!!
dalleykt at live dot ca
shiny gloss as a final touch
My best tip? Do as much as you can the night before.
Im not a morning person, so a fast and easy method to getting out the door quick is a messy bun, wash my face, brush my teeth, moisturize, a bit of mascara and lip gloss and Im human(almost lol).
wash your hair the night before
Take shower/bath at night and for your hair put into a pony tail or a clip .
If it has to be quick, then I could not do without a face washing and moisturizing cream.
Throw your hair up in a ponytail or clip!
never skip your perfume….. it gives me a lift everyday.
make sure my coffee is on timer and ready when I get up
cleanser your face when you are in the shower
On busy mornings I brush my teeth while I shower
My best tip is to prep everything the night before. Nothing helps with a busy morning better than having everything and everyone ready to go.
Braid your hair when it is when and let it out when it drys , gives you beach waves
thanks
Braid hair with products in the night before, when you wake up comb out and quick blow dry. The more complex the braid the more curl in your hair.
Wash face, jump in shower & moisturize all over – all in 5 mins flat
My best trick is to get everything done the night before so after you wake up, breakfast is ready, and your bag is packed and ready to go
Don’t know that it is such a tip or trick but when I am running late it means a touch of blush, eyeliner and a hair clip or ponytail…Happens quite often actually.
Wash and go!
Use a moisturizer with spf.
Always wash your face, makes you feel better too. And brush your teeth.
i have to go with no matter how late you are or how much little time you have BRUSH YOUR TEETH!! everything else can be tweaked here and there
