I want to win a pass to the conference because last year when I attended I was very new to the blogging community. I was green around the edges and had no idea what I should be asking about. I want the opportunity to talk to more brands and more bloggers. I was a very nervous about participating last year. One on one I was fine but in a group I believed as a newbie I didn’t have a lot to contribute.
The second reason I want to win is the wonderful individual people I did meet last year and get to know quite well. I’d like to see them again and enjoy a few more laughs. There were great spontaneous moments of laugher and tears that you simply can’t duplicate and I want to connect and establish a greater bond with these people and create fresh bonds with those I didn’t get a chance too!
I really want to learn everything blogging related. Learning learning learning is my plan for the next year. I am ready to sponge up all the information I can. What better way than at the SCCTO? And of course to meet all the great bloggers I have met on line!
I want to be a better blogger, and make connections with companies to work with. I also would LOVE to meet some of you amazing bloggers in real life!

I have been blogging for a few months and would like to network with some people and companies to help me expand my horizons.
I want to attend the SCCTO because last year not only was I only able to attend one day, but I didn’t really get a chance to connect with the brands and other bloggers to learn how to turn my brand (my blog) into me, to help me evolve into this incredible digital era we are in. I want to turn a hobby into a career and the best way to do that is to attend this conference and absorb all there is to absorb, to connect with brands, to learn from the blogging big-wigs and see myself as a blogger take shape. I’ve watched fellow bloggers go from a few sentences a few times a month into highly popular “celebrities” to the little guys. Hearing about the experience and trying to learn from it is one thing, but being there and experiencing it yourself and growing as a blogger is beyond amazing and I’d LOVE to be able to do this from the beginning of day one until the end of day two. Xx.
I think it would be very interesting. May learn something and inspire me to do more with blogging. I would be interested in meeting some of the bloggers who blogs I check out regularly.

I would love attend the SCCTO conference so that I can establish better connections with brands, meet many wonderful bloggers (and the many friends I have made) and just have a great time!
Being in that environment with so many people that are experienced and supportive would be a tremendous push to my motivation and kill many of the fears holding me back.

Would love to attend as I am fairly new to the blogging world and this sounds like a great way to learn a great deal and I have also heard it can be loads of fun.
I’ve never been to a blog conference before. I’m open to learning everything! And meeting new people too.
I want to attend the ShesConnected Conference 2012 in Toronto because:
1. Being a relatively new blogger, I have much to learn. And the best mentors and role models in my life have always been women because they are so giving, and willing to share.
2. I want to learn from successful women in social media/ the blogosphere so that I can be just as awesome as them!
3. I want to learn what it takes to maximize readership of your blog (be it content development, website layout, SEO or learning to work with brands).
4. Because (girls) I just want to have fun!
