Keep Your Lips Soft this Summer with Carmex

For our family, the best part of summer is the chance to enjoy all kinds of fun outdoor activities. From bike rides around town to trips to the beach to camping trips, my boys and I take any chance we get to head outside and get active. But all that sun, wind and fresh outdoor air does have its downside. All that exposure to the elements often leaves my lips chapped and dry.

So when Carmex sent me an adorable beach bag full of an assortment of Carmex products, I was so excited. Like many women, I love the moisturizing power of that original Carmex Classic Jar, so I couldn’t wait to try some of the other varieties of Carmex lip balm as well.

My personal favourite item was the Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm. This balm really packs a moisturizing punch and whenever I felt my lips getting a little dry, a quick application with the handy twist-up stick had my mouth feeling great in a flash. And I loved the sleek silver look of the container; it was perfect for carrying to fancy events or evenings out!

I also loved trying the cherry-flavoured Carmex lip balm products. I have only ever used original Carmex before, so I really enjoyed the fun cherry taste of the Carmex Cherry Jar and Cherry Tube. As an added bonus, the tube was the perfect size to slip into my pocket during summer fun.
