Nice…is that your house
I wish! My town doesn’t have a public pool so families donate their pools for two weeks each summer so that kids can take swimming lessons.
That’s great, what a brave boy! I know some adults not willing to get over that fear, *Nudges OH*
I know what you mean! I’m determined to do everything I can to help him though; I would just be so scared for him if he didn’t learn how to swim!
That’s over 1/2 the battle Kat
So true, Lynette! It’s hard because we don’t live too close to the water and I don’t drive; makes getting him comfortable tricky. But he’s getting there!
Look at the boy go! Love the pool, it looks lovely and inviting.
It sure does, doesn’t it? It’s even saltwater; I would LOVE to own something like that one day!
wowee! look at him go!!
and what an awesome pool!
I was so proud! And I love that pool too!
So great he did it!! YAY!
It was pretty awesome; I’m so glad I captured the moment!
fun!!
So fun! I love summer!
LOL! I posted pool photos too! what a great summer!
Jinx, you owe me a coke! lol! (See my comment on your blog.

Battling the fear is 90% of overcoming an issue, good for him, you must be so proud!
I really am! It was hard for him at first but he really improved so quickly!
Way to go for overcoming his fear! That is such an accomplishment! yay
Thanks for the linky.
It really is! I’m so glad that’s something that he had the chance to learn at a young age!
look at that big jump! woot! I took lessons at an outdoor pool when i was younger but now it’s hard to even find one! lol

I want a pool!!! the greatest memories can be made just right there in your own backyard!
Me too! SO much! Ah, one day…
That’s great! He’s better than me…I’m still nervous about jumping like that in water lol. Love the pool!
Doing it without a life jacket was the big deal, so I’m so glad he tried it!
Honestly, I’m not crazy about it either!
This reminds me how much I miss my pool!
Oh my gosh, it makes me wish I had once had a pool to miss! lol
Looks pretty brave there!!
He was so nervous the first time, especially without the life jacket. This was about his fifth time; he warmed up to it quickly!
Great action shot! But someone in the background doesn’t look so happy!
lol! She was probably cold; getting out of the water and waiting is the worst part!
Looks like a lot of fun, I could go for that right about now
Oh me too!
Awwwww! Fab photo! Love it!
Thanks Christine!
We are going to be missing these nice summer days far too soon!
Oh, don’t remind me! lol
Yay! My little guy was a real fish this summer too! Congrats to your boy!
My poor boy still can’t swim worth a dime; he was actually going backwards at times when he was trying to swim in his life jacket! But him getting over that fear is good enough for me; swimming will come with time!
