Raising two boys means that we have lots of monster moments in our household. Zackary and Benjamin are full of energy and spend a good part of the day charging around the house, to the point where sometimes I think having a pair of monsters might be more peaceful!
But as much as they tire me out, I love my monster-rific boys and their wild ways, so I was pretty excited when we got a chance to get in a monster mood recently with the brand new Monsters University Kinder Surprise eggs! We received a whole case of the eggs to enjoy and my boys couldn’t have been happier about it.
One of the things I especially loved about these new eggs is that every single one had a Monsters University themed toy inside. From fun hologram cards featuring Sully and Mike to twelve collectible figurines, kids get a 100% chance of monstrous fun with these new eggs!
I gave my two monsters a Kinder Surprise to enjoy and after they’d devoured the chocolate, it was time to check out the toys. Benjamin loved his little collectible Randy Boggs monster figurine and Zackary had a great time rocking his little see-saw topped with a holographic card and watching Mike and Sully trade places as it moved.

There are so many fun characters from the movie that kids are sure to love! Personally, my boys are very excited about getting the Mike figurine since we were in Disneyland for the Monstrous 24-Hour All Nighter and they saw lots of fun Mike merchandise in the park!

Thanks. I found a small shoe box of the Kinder Egg toys at a yard sale several years ago. I had never heard of them. I now am the proud owner of a couple of hundred of the toys :) They’re just so cool.
I wish we could buy these in the States. I collect the toys and have to buy them off of Ebay.

Judy, they’re only about $1.25 each but unfortunately they’re not available in the United States! If you ever make a trip up to Canada, you’ll have to get one and see what they’re like for yourself; they’re so much fun!
