When we went on our camping trip in early August, the one thing that I didn’t enjoy about the vacation was the mosquitoes. The area had suffered some flooding that spring and summer and as a result, the bugs were absolutely terrible. I try to use all-natural, DEET-free bug spray whenever possible but on that trip, all-natural just wasn’t an option. It really didn’t have the effectiveness and the lasting power that we needed.
