Toggle Bandz Headbands-Review and Giveaway

It’s no secret that I love hair accessories, and headbands are one of my very favourite choices when I need a quick style that still looks polished. Specifically, the headbands designed for babies and children with a small toggle clip on the end to hold them in place are my go-to hair accessories. It may not be common for a grown woman to wear these, but honestly, there’s just no other headband that works in my hair.

rhinestone Toggle Bandz headbandWhen I got the chance to review a stylish adjustable headband from a military mom’s new online business, I was thrilled. Toggle Bandz headbands were owner Amanda Duke’s solution when traditional headbands slipped out of her child’s wispy hair. She decided to offer the line of headbands to other parents looking for a solution to the headband “slip and slide.”

I received a Toggle Bandz headband in the “Peace and Love Colorful” design. This headband had me grinning from ear to ear as soon as I pulled it out of the package. The headband features printed words like “peace” and “hope” in different stylish fonts against a pastel-hued rainbow background. I’ve always had a love of both all things hippie and all things rainbow, and this headband immediately had me flashing back to my teenage years with all kinds of great memories.

The ribbon stood out so nicely in my dark hair and when I tightened the toggle on the headband it stayed securely in place for hours at a time. There’s nothing worse than having to constantly fiddle with hair accessories, which is why I love these headbands so much. I might have to readjust them once or twice throughout the day, but for the most part the headband stays put and looks great!

  1. I learned that they have free shipping until the end of January and that if you refer your friends and they buy there are perks.

  2. What a great idea! I have a 3 year old with very fine hair and she can’t wear traditional headbands because they hurt. I’d get her a pink one with rhinestones because she sparkles.
