Share the Joy of Your Child’s First Cheerios Moment on the Life Made Delicious Facebook Page #FirstCheerios

There are so many “firsts” us parents get to enjoy as we raise our children. The first haircut, first tooth, first scrape…they’re all special moments in their own way and a sign that our babies are growing up. And one of the firsts that many Canadian families celebrate is that first moment of self-feeding with General Mills Cheerios, a food recommended by four out of five paediatricians as a first finger food.

If you snapped a picture of your precious darling carefully picking up Cheerios between their thumb and forefinger, you’re not alone; it really is a moment worth capturing. That’s why Cheerios is honouring that important first with its special First Cheerios campaign! Just share a photo of your baby’s first Cheerios moment by clicking on the Cheerios Mosaic tab on the Life Made Delicious Facebook page and if you’re one of the first 1000 participants, you’ll receive a coupon for a free box of General Mills Cheerios! Everyone that submits a photo after the first 1000 will receive a $1.00 off coupon.

But the best part is that by participating, your smiling son or darling daughter may actually be featured on a box of Cheerios! In the spring of 2013, a very special limited-edition family-sized box of Cheerios will be released showcasing a mosaic of the photos submitted by Canadians during the campaign!

So grab a box of Cheerios, get out the camera and head over to the Life Made Delicious Facebook page to join in the fun! It’s a moment that you’ll likely want to capture anyways and now when you do, you enjoy a money-saving coupon and get a chance to be a part of the final mosaic. Just imagine how much fun it would be to have such a unique memento of your child’s First Cheerios moment!

Disclosure – I am participating in the First Cheerios Blog Tour by Mom Central Canada on behalf of General Mills. I received compensation as a thank you for participating and for sharing my honest opinion. The opinions on this blog are my own.
