I’ve mentioned before how breakfast has always been a struggle for me. Even before I had children, I tended to skip the all-important morning meal and after I became a parent, the problem got even worse. I’ve been working hard to change that this year and recently Weetabix challenged me to take my new healthy habit a step further by eating Weetabix cereal every day for a week.
Now it just so happens that Weetabix was one of my very favourite cereals as a child. (I know, I know. I was a little odd.) Having not eaten the cereal in years, I was curious to see if I would still enjoy it as much as I once had. So with the help of two boxes of Weetabix and a grocery gift card to purchase fun toppings for the crunchy biscuits, I decided to take on the #MyBixMix challenge!
