Some parents feel that there simply aren’t enough hours in the day to take time for personal indulgences and some even feel guilty about spending time enjoying themselves instead of caring for their family. But taking that time out for you is important. So how can you add “me” time to your busy schedule? It doesn’t have to be difficult!
