Glazed Maple Dijon Salmon

A simple glazed and barbecued salmon recipe perfect for summer.

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard


  1. Mix syrup and mustard in small bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Grease a sheet of foil and place on barbecue.
  3. Place fish on foil and brush with glaze.
  4. Grill 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with glaze mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

If desired, use cedar plank to grill fish for added flavour.
