Looking for the perfect gift this holiday season? Give the gift of choice with CardSwap! I’ve featured CardSwap.ca on Mommy Kat and Kids in the past and I always loved the concept. Canadians with unneeded gift cards sell them to CardSwap.ca for cash and bargain-hunters buy gift cards at a discount for shopping they had planned anyways.

The kids are back in school. Your schedule is almost all yours for at least a few hours every day. Coffee is sipped while still hot. Life is good.

Then…you have visions of Halloween.

There is magic in the air.

You look down into your nearly empty latte cup and realize that all of this Halloween costume craziness could be avoided this year. If only someone in your town would host one of those very cool costume swaps that everyone is talking about over at National Costume Swap Day Canada!

I received a copy of the book so that I could see for myself what it was like.

The Swap & Drop Diet approaches healthy eating with a great week-by-week plan that lets women ease into a healthier lifestyle. I really appreciated the way that the diet introduced a new challenge to focus on each week.
