For a tasty drink with minimal work, an ice-cold Lime in the Coconut Cocktail is sure to be a hit with both young and old!

The best thing about this lime coconut cocktail is that the alcohol can be left out of the recipe and added afterwards to individual glasses, so that children and non-drinkers can still enjoy the beverage, while those that choose can cool down with a drink that has a little more kick!
And since it’s all whipped up in the blender, you can make enough for a crowd in just minutes.
My boys and I both loved the combination of creamy coconut and tangy lime in this unique beverage and it was a great way of beating the heat!

Here’s a great tip for summer entertaining: Smoothie/Cocktail Bar!
We have friends/guests bring their fav fruits/smoothie/cocktail ingredients (potluck) and we all create some delicious concoctions that we all get to try. Favourite one wins something fun at the end!
Also, we like to ensure there’s plenty of water guns and water balloons lying around for some adult/kid fun!
Pretty night lights (christmas lights will suffice too) all around the roof/sides of the patio/gazebo are always a nice touch when the sun goes down!
I would like to try the “Lime in the Coconut” Cocktail!

I like making ice cubes with stuff in them… frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries etc) and mint leaves are pretty!
