I love how easy this is with regular margarita mix!
Easily the best cocktail at the wedding. Easily the best drink at the party. Easily the recipe on my to-do list. It looks fantastic and I am sure it tastes even better! Thank you very much for sharing this, Kathryn!
What kind of coconut milk do you use in this recipe? The kind in the can or carton from the dairy?
Hi Janina! Initially I used canned coconut milk every time but most recently, I used a carton of shelf-stable Real Thai coconut milk instead and the results were fantastic. As long as it’s 100% coconut milk with no sweeteners or additives, it will work great in this recipe. :)
my tip is to split the cooking with all the other guest, so that their is not so much on you
Always keep extra ice in the freezer and frozen fruit on hand for smoothies
Always have lots to drink!
good luck everyone
always have steaks and beer in the house
Have a get-together in someone’s backyard (if possible) rather than lugging everything to a park/the beach.
frozen fruit blended with some juice makes refreshing yummy summer drinks. The combinations are endless.
