Living in a house that doesn’t have much carpet, but that has three different levels to clean, vacuuming is a chore that I don’t enjoy very much. Lugging the vacuum up and down the stairs, plugging it in, unplugging it, moving it again…by the time I’ve finished vacuuming the small amount of carpet my house has, I don’t want to do anything else for the rest of the day!

While I liked the full-sized design of the vacuum, what really impressed me about it was the power. Just like my previous Hoover vacuum, the Hoover Air Cordless features WindTunnel 3 Technology, which is designed to remove deep-down dirt with three tunnels of suction. Considering the fact we deal with allergies in this house, that’s always a plus for me!
I also loved that the vacuum included not one, but two Extended Runtime LithiumLife Batteries. There’s nothing more frustrating than having a battery-powered appliance run out of power before a job is done. With the two different batteries, I can now just pop off the dead battery, take a fresh one out of the charger and keep on going. The two batteries provide almost an hour of cleaning time altogether!
Vacuuming the basement carpet and the boys’ bedrooms was much easier without having to worry about a cord, but what really sold me on this vacuum was how easy it made cleaning the stairs! This is one of my biggest tribulations because I generally have to plug the vacuum in at the bottom of the stairs for the first half of the job and then stop everything and move the vacuum to the top to finish the second half. Now I can just carry the vacuum with me as I work!

There are so many great features to this vacuum. I like the fact that it is cordless which makes it convenient moving around but I like best the fact that it is powerful to get down deep into carpets. I have a cat and am always looking for a strong powerful sweeper to get the job done, I need this with having a pet. I also like how it is lightweight. Everything about this vacuum is a PLUS!! I would love to own this one.
