Since I’m checking into the app anyways to log my food, having that visual reminder each time to drink more water has me filling up my cup more often.
I also love the fact that I can set the app to send me push notifications if I miss my daily vitamins or miss logging a meal. The notifications mean that adding the food I eat and taking my vitamins is something I don’t have to remember anymore.
