I recently experienced Disneyland for the first time ever and it was every bit as magical as I had hoped it would be. My boys and I enjoyed live shows, action-packed rides and all kinds of great shopping. And I got to wander the park in style too thanks to the new OPI Couture de Minnie collection!
The collection is a set of five fun nail lacquers features a variety of finishes and colours inspired by the most fashionable mouse of all time and I was delighted when I received a few of the new polishes to review.
I loved the sparkling matte red Liquid Sand Magazine Cover Mouse polish but I’ve been playing around with the Liquid Sand finish quite a bit lately so I decided to switch it up a bit. I used the shiny red Innie Minnie Mighty Bow polish as a base coat on my nails and then added the clear, glitter dot-infused Minnie Style polish as a top coat. I happened to take a picture later that day that showed my new nails and I received numerous comments requesting a tutorial on the look. Fortunately, it couldn’t be easier to achieve with the Couture de Minnie collection!
The set also includes a hot pink A Definite Moust-Have polish and a pastel pink Chic From Ears To Tail polish as well. I couldn’t resist getting in the Disney spirit by playing with all the different shades both while I was in Disneyland and when I returned and headed to a party in my new Minnie Mouse dress!
