As much as I love a classic soft, plush teddy bear, I have a special place in my heart for misfit plush toys. There’s just something so endearing about a more original stuffed animal or monster and my fondness for the unique has resulted in my boys having quite a collection of odd stuffies.
That’s why I absolutely love Monster Factory plush toys. This Canadian-based company has been creating some of the strangest and most endearing plush friends I’ve ever come across and every time I see one, I can’t help but grin.
My boys already have a few Monster Factory toys (the charming alien Kyle was my oldest son’s favourite friend for years), and this year the company sent us a few more. Colin is a fretful video-game lover and Clementine loves giving cards to her friends on any occasion. The monsters come in a variety of sizes and the new mini monsters, at just six inches high, make perfect stocking stuffers for little ones this Christmas!
If you love unique stuffed toys too, you’re in luck! Monster Factory is very generously offering one lucky Mommy Kat and Kids reader their choice of any two Monster Factory mini monsters, a $26 value! To enter to win, just take a look at the Monster Factory website and leave a blog comment about which of the monsters is your favourite.
These monsters are such a fun and original gift and I know my boys will love having a few more unique friends to add to their collection of stuffies. Check out the line for yourself and see which one might make the perfect new best friend for your little one!

My favourite monster is Mr. Jefferson!
My son’s nursery theme is Monsters and Robots. He has a few monsters from Monster Factory in there already but he would sure love it if Jack joined his gang.
