I wasn’t sure what to expect when I sat down to watch this movie with my boys, and I actually expected a movie about a snail racing other snails. The reality was much better and I was soon caught up in the story of Turbo’s quest to win the Indy 500. This movie is packed with humour and surprises that had me enjoying the movie from beginning to end.
And my boys loved it just as much. This movie takes the idea of never giving up when trying to achieve your dreams to new levels…after all, who would ever think a snail could compete against race cars? With plenty of laughs, lots of excitement and a fun and outrageous plot that kept our whole family entertained, this movie was a definite hit in our house!

I didn’t love this movie. It was cute and all just not a favourite. My 5 year old daughter loved it though. My kids all think it’s pretty great that Netflix has a Turbo tv show now!
Lol So do mine, Viv! I think they’ve watched every episode at least five times apiece. Good thing I’m good at tuning out background noise! ;)
