KRE-O Transformers: Age of Extinction Building Sets are Perfect for Summer Fun-Giveaway #BuildKREO

When I was a child, the highlight of my week used to be sitting down on Saturday to watch the Transformers cartoon. So when the first hit movie was released in 2007, I saw it as soon as I could. But while I love the movies, I think what I love even more about the new Transformers franchise is that Zackary and Benjamin enjoy the characters as much as I do!

Now, with Transformers: Age of Extinction recently released in theatres, my boys and I are all in the mood for some Transformers fun, and KRE-O is here to help with the brand new KRE-O Transformers: Age of Extinction building sets! Zackary loves building KRE-O sets and Benjamin loves playing with his brother once the sets are complete, so I always know a new building set will always result in hours of entertainment.

My personal favourite is the pieces such as cranes and dinosaurs that feature a Dino Force Technology magnetic centre. Certain KRE-O Transformers characters have magnets on their backs or helmets so that they can be hoisted by the crane or drawn into a dino’s mouth!

My boys’ favourite part of the sets, though, was the larger Transformers robots and dinosaurs. They spent almost the entire afternoon together acting out scenarios with the big characters as they battled around the other pieces of the sets and led the smaller Kreon characters on missions to escape the giants.

This isn’t the first KRE-O set my boys have had in the house and I’m sure it won’t be the last. But of the different sets we’ve built in the past, this has definitely been one of the favourites.
