When it comes to finding the best toys for my boys, I tend to favour those that encourage creativity.

But recently I had the chance to review a toy that gave children a different way to create…Magformers! These clever geometric shapes contain magnets on each side so that they can snap together in all kinds of ways.
Recently I had the chance to review some of the newest Magformers sets and I knew my boys would be only too happy to help me out.
I received the Unique 44pc set and the WOW 27pc set to review. I loved the idea of a set that included wheels since my boys love any kind of vehicle. But they had just as much fun seeing how many shapes they could build with the Unique set!
In addition to being tons of fun during playtime, Magformers are a great choice for intellectual development. Their geometric design encourages mathematical development as children build cubes, pyramids and more.
And the process of building with Magformers also involves both the right and left sides of the brain to stimulate the mind and promote balanced growth.

That’s why I’m so happy that they both find building with Magformers an absorbing and entertaining experience. And I have to admit, I quite like sitting down to build with the pieces as well!

They would love the fact that it combines building and magnets.
My granddaughter loves building, she would love that it always connect and never reject. Her imagination could soar.
We actually have one small set of Magformers Inspire and we love the unusual feeling of magnets clicking into place.
The mixture of magnets and shapes and configurations is amazing and it would be great for imagination!
