Today I loved showering a friend at her baby shower.
I spent the whole afternoon with my daughter, her and I just the two of us..no tv, no phone..it was amazing
I was able to catch up on my sleep and netflix shows – pretty relaxing day.
Its Saturday, (CATURDAY IN OUR HOUSE) so I get to sleep in (til 9am, cus why get up is the suns not getting up eh?) I got to snuggle with Waffle the ferret, then let the other three ferrets out of the cage….got worn out by trying to get Naughty the ferret back in the house when she popped outside (She hid under the old wheel barrow I have out front!! ) Got her back in safely though! … Make a wonderful breakfast for myself and my spouse of 25yrs, Got all the dishes done and then caught up on my premake meal plans!!
I went to a workshop for executive members of my church women’s group. It was fun, informative and the lunch was delicious!
My daughter learned to ask for a hug
This morning, and pretty much every other morning, my daughter woke me up by crawling into bed with me (at a decent time too!) I love to start the day with morning cuddles, it sets a good tone for the day.
The husband and I are doing loving acts for each other and his today is to clean the house for me.
A nice thing that happened in my day was getting out for a walk in the light snowfall. So beautiful outside right now.
I slept really well and had a delicious breakfast!
