Give Your Family Some ATTITUDE with Sun Care and Night Products Made with Worry-Free Ingredients

Even though there are times I need to use harsher products in my household, I always prefer using naturally-based products. It’s partly because they’re a better choice for the environment, but much more so because I feel that they’re the safest choice for my family.

When I can replace a poisonous cleaner or a chemical-filled face wash with something made with ingredients that I can pronounce, yet that still work great, I’m a happy parent.

I’d heard of ATTITUDE home, baby and skin care products before, but I’d never had the chance to try them for myself. However, with summer already in full swing, I was in need of some natural sunscreen options for my kids. And with the boys wired up and excited about the end of school, I’m always looking for innovative ways to help them get a good night’s sleep too.

To my joy, ATTITUDE had a full line of products specifically for sun care as well as a brand new collection of Night home and body products! I received a variety of the products to review and I couldn’t wait to test them out.

Since my boys both had outdoor days at school recently, I used the ATTITUDE SPF 30 100% Mineral Sunscreen to protect their skin before they headed out the door.

Made with zinc oxide, it provided natural protection with no oxybenzone or other chemical sun blockers, and I especially liked how it absorbed so quickly when I applied it. Zinc sunscreen often leaves a thick white coating on skin, but this sunscreen quickly soaked in with no residue. The pleasant Vanilla Blossom scent was an added bonus!

While I usually have some type of mineral sunscreen on hand, I never remember to buy after-sun products, so I was actually even more excited about trying the ATTITUDE After Sun Calendula.

I’d burnt my shoulders a few days before receiving the products when out for my city’s annual Sidewalk Days festival. I rubbed a small amount of the lotion on to my shoulders and enjoyed instant relief from the heat along with an addictive Tutti Frutti scent. And best of all, with daily application I didn’t experience any peeling at all!

Since the ATTITUDE sun care products had impressed me so much, I expected great things from the new Night line of products as well. The collection contains laundry detergent, fabric softener, fabric refresher, body wash, body lotion and a natural air purifier.

All the products have a Soothing Chamomile scent that I found incredibly soothing when I used the detergent and fabric softener for bedding. But the Fabric Refresher was my personal favourite.

Even after the scent of the bedding started to fade, a quick spray of the refresher on blankets had my boys ready for sweet dreams. And like all ATTITUDE products, the entire line is made with worry-free ingredients and contains no cancer-causing chemicals, mutagens or reproductive toxins.

I’ve loved the ATTITUDE products that I’ve had the chance to try so far, and I can’t wait to see what else the company has to offer.

The sunscreen and after sun lotions are going to be especially handy during these hot summer months, and I love being able to wash my boys’ bedding with detergents and softeners that are free of harsh chemicals and also promote sweet dreams.
