Easy Crush-It Blueberry Iced Tea Cocktail

As much as I love a fancy cocktail, I don’t always want to spend the time muddling, mixing, blending, and shaking before I get to take that first sip.

That’s why I love creating easy cocktail recipes that still taste fancy. And using Crush-It Hard Iced Tea is one of my favorite ways to do that!

When I used to bartend, one of my regulars would order Blueberry Tea in the winter months, a simple cocktail made with a shot of Amaretto in a cup of tea.

So, since the days are heating up and I’m ready for something cool and refreshing, I thought I’d put a summer twist on a classic by creating a Blueberry Iced Tea cocktail instead!

Using just Paul’s Pies Blueberry Pie Liqueur and Crush-It Hard Iced Tea, this refreshing drink whips up in a flash.

And since Paul’s Pies Blueberry Pie Liqueur is made with real blueberry juice, it has a great authentic fruit flavor that berry-lovers are sure to adore.

I like keeping the garnish simple by adding a slice of lemon for color and tartness.

But, if you want to get fancy, consider freezing some blueberries and adding them to the glass along with the ice cubes!

Of course, Crush-It Hard Iced Tea is a great summer sipper all on its own.

But, it’s also a great base for all kinds of delicious summer cocktails, from my Spiked Arnold Palmer to this berry-infused beverage!

Give this easy Blueberry Iced Tea cocktail a try the next time you need a bit of refreshment on a hot day!
