Even though Black Friday is a relatively new concept in Canada, I have to admit that it’s one I’ve completely embraced. The chance to take advantage of some great deals right before the holidays is something I always appreciate and since so many of the available specials are online too, I can often even do so from the comfort of my own home!

But with so many stores offering specials and bargains, it can be tricky to know if I’m taking advantage of the best possible deal available. That’s why Flipp is my secret weapon when I’m shopping on Black Friday! Breeze Through Your Holiday Shopping with the YP ShopWise App

If there’s one time of the year that’s hard to stay organized, it’s the holidays. Between stocking up on festive food, shopping for gifts and taking advantage of some of the awesome deals available, shopping during the holidays is lots of fun, but it can also be pretty frantic! This year, the YP ShopWise app from Yellow Pages is determined to make the holiday shopping experience as pleasant as possible, and the app is now available on Android and Blackberry as well as iOS!

I had the chance to test out the app for myself recently to see what it was like. Getting it set up was as easy as could be. I simply downloaded the free app, opened it up and gave it permission to use my location so that I could find deals close to me. Then I was ready to start exploring! I started by clicking the “Nearby” tab at the front. By zooming in, I could find all the deals currently in my area. The Flipp app has been around for almost one whole year now and in that time it has become my most essential shopping tool for saving money and time at the store.
