As I rush through my day, proper nutrition isn’t always something that comes easy to me. But over the years, I’ve learned that there are a few simple steps I can take to ensure that I look and feel my best. Lots of fruits and vegetables, eight glasses of water and a high fibre and high protein diet all help my body perform as it should.
At some point, fibre became synonymous with wheat bran and ever since, it seems like people have had a hard time meeting their daily fibre requirements. But what bran is not the only food source when one wants to meet their daily fibre requirements and Vida Grains wants to show Canada just how delicious fibre can be!
