Definitely wipes. It’s the only thing you can’t quickly replace. I am okay going without a diaper till we get home but without wipes your stuck. My second must have is a carrier!
My favourite travel item when Sara was a baby was a wicker travel basket. My sister gave it to me and it became very handy to have because Sara and I took the ferry to Vancouver to stay with my Aunt.
