One of my fall safety chores is changing the filter on the furnace.
We check our windows and doors every night. We change our batteries but our town visits every year to make sure our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide devices are working and to make sure we have a fire extinguisher. I love that. We always keep our drive clear and salted for visitors. I just want to say thanks so much for your fantastic reviews and your giveaways. I really appreciate all the work that you do on this blog.
One of our fall safety chores is having the heating/air unit serviced to make sure it’s in good working condition before the cold weather begins.
Changing the smoke detector batteries!
We take in all lawn furniture to make sure it is locked away safe for the winter :)
We make sure our vehicles are winterized so we dont cause harm to them when the temps reach freezing.
We just make sure there is no junk left in the alley to climb on & we change the batteries in the smoke detectors.
Our fall safety chore is to get maintenance on our fireplace and make sure its safe to use for the cold weather.
I get the furnace serviced and change batteries in the carbon monoxide/smoke alarms.
