Of all the things that I love about summer, one of my favourites is having company visit. From relatives coming from out of town to my boys’ neighbourhood friends just coming to play for a few hours, a full house is a summer house in my mind!

My biggest summer messes i have to deal with is all the dirt the kids track in when they are having water fights….oh when they grass gets cut it’s horrible!

My husband does a lot of dirty work in our gardens and with our lawn care. He then tracks in all that dirt, grass and mud!
We just got a puppy! So we have toddler mess, puppy mess and fiancé coming home from working construction mess!
How about a 140 lb Bull Mastiff that stands on the reef step in the pool to drink the water and comes slogging into the house afterward? Or, the Dachshund that goes swimming in the pool then rolls and plays in the dirt and then comes running into the house? No more kids but the dogs are equally as messy.
Biggest summer mess was last summer when we decided to get rid of our popcorn ceilings! Biggest mess I’ve ever seen in my life!
