I take supplements, but not often enough. I am 67 and still pretty active and want to stay that way!

I started taking magnesium before bed and find I fall asleep faster, it doesn’t keep me asleep but I drift off faster each time I wake instead of looking at the ceiling for hours. Makes me happy!
I take b complex daily, a multi and a calcium
