Six Supplements To Boost Your Health in 2018

With the new year underway and my birthday just having passed, I’m already feeling the first early signs of spring fever. February always seems to be an energetic month for me, and so I use that to kick-start my health and fitness routines.

    I started taking magnesium before bed and find I fall asleep faster, it doesn’t keep me asleep but I drift off faster each time I wake instead of looking at the ceiling for hours. Makes me happy!

    Gingko and Omega-3 are daily musts for me, definitely feel dazed and unfocused if I miss a day by accident.

    I have various supplements on hand, but the key is to take them regularly. It’s difficult when one (like myself) also has a lot of medications to take and the given supplement shouldn’t be taken within two hours of the medication.
