  3. This is good information. I’ve been getting sick way too often this winter and need to build up my immune system!

  4. I have various supplements on hand, but the key is to take them regularly. It’s difficult when one (like myself) also has a lot of medications to take and the given supplement shouldn’t be taken within two hours of the medication.
