There’s something about a chilly evening that always makes me crave a warm cup of tea.
Whether it’s during those early moments of spring, or the first cool days of fall, wrapping my hands around a warm mug for that first soothing sip just lifts my spirits.
A homemade London Fog is by far my favorite hot beverage to enjoy at home, and when I want to lift my spirits a little more, this creamy Spiked London Fog cocktail is how I do it!
The combination of sweetly scented Provincial Spiced Vodka, Irish cream liqueur, Earl Grey tea, and frothed milk is the perfect way to feel warm from head to toe.
And the recipe couldn’t be easier!
A classic London Fog blends Earl Grey tea with steamed and frothed milk, usually with a touch of sugar for sweetness.
This Spiked London Fog cocktail has no need for added sugar, thanks to the Irish cream, and the Provincial Spiced Vodka adds an extra hint of cinnamon and warming spices…along with just the right amount of kick!
I use my countertop milk frother for this recipe to get the milk frothed up just right. A handheld milk frother can work just as well.
And if you don’t have a way to froth milk at home, don’t despair! This recipe does taste just as good with steamed milk; though it won’t have the traditional frothy appearance of the classic London Fog.
Ready in minutes and perfect for a cold day, you don’t want to miss trying this tasty drink. It may just become your new favorite way to enjoy a London Fog!
Looking for a way to use Provincial Spiced Vodka in a cold drink instead of a hot one? This Spiked Arnold Palmer is sure to satisfy!
