I love to cook but most of the time, quick and easy is the name of the game in this house. And that’s especially true when June arrives! Between field trips, end-of-year parties, Zackary’s birthday and the normal work and activities that fill our lives, there simply isn’t a lot of extra time for cooking right now!
So, Kraft Canada is coming to the rescue for busy parents everywhere with its quick and easy recipes!
The company has added a collection of dishes to its website that take just a few ingredients and a few minutes to prepare, making it a busy mom’s dream come true. And when I saw how adorable the Frozen Pudding Dots were, I knew I had to give them a try!
When I whisked up the pudding, it seemed thick enough to work in my icing bag instead of a plastic bag, so I fitted on a star tip and gave it a try. The results were fantastic and created beautiful little rosettes with no effort at all. In fact, they looked so pretty that I left some of the Frozen Pudding Dots plain instead of adding sprinkles.
After just over an hour in the deep freeze, the dots were frozen solid and ready to be added to a sundae made with vanilla ice cream and raspberry syrup. But personally, I think I like the idea of eating the little morsels just as they are even more. They’re perfect for a quick sweet snack on a hot day!
Looking for other fun frozen dessert ideas? This easy Maple Vanilla Dairy-Free Ice Cream recipe is quick and easy to make too!
There are plenty of other great food hacks on the Kraft website and I can’t wait to try them all. I know Benjamin will love the Rancher’s Choice Corn on the Cob recipe, and I want to try the Herb Basted Grilled Chicken!
But all the recipes have one thing in common; they’re quick and easy to make! Check out the site for yourself and try some fun and easy recipes this month. With the end of school almost here, you deserve a break from long dinner preparations. And Kraft is here to help!
