The new school year is in full swing and the stress of shopping for supplies, updating wardrobes and organizing transportation is finally over. My tip is to get your flu shot and sanitize everything.
make sure they are getting plenty of vitamin C…
Children have to learn to wash their hands frequently and if they have to cough or sneeze to do it into their arm or a tissue.
Teach your kids how to blow their noses properly, hopefully with a tissue but with their sleeve as necessary and then wash their hands afterwards.
We make sure she washes her hands and uses her arm when she coughs.
My tip for keeping kids healthy during the school season is to have them get in the habit of washing their hands when they come home and prior to eating.
I teach them to cough or sneeze into a tissue or a sleeve, whichever is handiest.
Always get kids to wash their hands and carry hand sanitizer with you at all times.
I encourage hand washing and use baby wipes to wipe down surfaces when kids return from school!
